"Hello Hannah,

I just wanted to let you know that I have received my new bird cage. It arrived Monday evening (only 7 business days from when I ordered). I wasn't expecting to receive it so quickly. I was surprised when I came home from work to find 2 large boxes on my porch. I thought it might be later in the week before it would be delivered. I am new to online shopping and after placing my order with you I read some rather negative comments from other customers. Honestly this made me a little nervous and I wasn't sure what to expect.

I was however reassured by 2 follow-up calls that you made to me regarding your inventory and my color selections. After opening the boxes and assessing the materials, I quickly discovered that the quality of my purchase was indeed everything that your company had represented it to be. The cage is strong and of good craftsmanship. It was the right color that I had selected. All parts and materials were accounted for and nothing was missing.

I spent the remainder of the evening assembling the cage and arranging Bo's perches and toys ect... The cage is absolutely beautiful (even nicer than in the pictures) and it provides a lot of room for Bo to spread out and play. My goal was to secure a larger cage for Bo that would be more accommodating for him while I am away at work. Bo has been busy exploring his new home ad he is very happy. Now I feel much better about leaving him caged while I am away at work because I know that he is comfortable and happy.

I did notice that there were a few steps missing from the assembly instructions but it was minor and did not interfere with completing the task. I would like to post some positive feedback about my experience on your web site or please feel free to post what I have written here if you like. I have 3 wonderful Parrots and I am considering possibly ordering a larger cage for another one of my babies at a later time. If so I will definitely do business with your company again.

"Hi, Hannah and Miranda!

I just wanted to let you know that we received the replacement cage and were able to put it together this weekend (our first weekend home together in a while). It went together like a charm! None of the parts were damaged at all, all the items were there and fit together perfectly, and the cage latches are better quality than those on the previous cage. I trust them better, as our parrot learned to escape from the previous cage already.

Given the problems we had with the first cage, I was seriously considering not buying anything from Cages by Design ever again, but you ladies came through for us, and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate that. I will have no qualms about referring my friends to you, because I know that if they have a problem, CBD will make it right.
