Free shipping and handling applies to all cages marked as Free Shipping.

Free shipping is only included within the lower 48 United States. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders. Please call for a quote.

 

If the shipping and handling exceeds 15% of the cost of the unit ordered for any shipment there may be additional charges that apply. The customer will be notified with a new total for their order prior to shipment for approval. 

 

Lift gate and unloading service (for Suncatcher Enclosures), extra handling, and remote delivery charges are not included in free delivery.  If items are shipped via freight, customer must have items delivered to a location with a loading dock, or be at the delivery location at the time of shipment and unload the truck by hand. An extra charge applies if lift gate service is required plus any additional unloading or remote delivery charges. If lift gate or unloading, or remote delivery service is not paid for at the time of purchase and the shipping company retroactively charges Cages By Design for these charges, customer authorizes Cages By Design to charge the customers credit card or invoice them for these additional charges. Lift gate and unloading service (for Suncatcher Enclosures) includes curbside delivery and does not include moving the products inside the customer’s house or location in any circumstance.

Accessory items (excluding Cage Covers) do not include free shipping. Cages By Design’s regular shipping and handling rates in the table below will apply for accessory items ordered with an enclosure or by themselves (with exception of Cage Covers).
